equity will be achieved when we dismantle deeply rooted systems of oppression that have historically resulted in inequitable access and distribution of opportunities and resources for those who represent marginalized identities, including race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, language and ability.
Name a "system of oppression" that exists today. Those fucking clowns don't name them because there aren't any. They hide their lust for power behind vague generalizations and innuendo. They seek to establish a system of vague labels that they can invoke when convenient to consolidate their power.
"You oppose my proposal to divert education funds to my sister's non-profit promoting 'equity and inclusion'? You must be a white supremacist Nazi. How dare you come to this board meeting an tell us that the non-profit has done nothing for students and has a laundry list of my family and friends as employees, all making six-figure salaries. You sir are a domestic terrorist and the board will be referring your name to the FBI for further action."
Those fucking clowns don't name them because there aren't any.
Thee are. Against whites. And straights. And white straight men.
