I've read testimonies of genocide, I don't remember where, if it was an article talking about the holodomor genocide among others, and the author underlined that, people who went through it, as victims/target at the time, saw it coming but couldn't believe it, and it was too late to escape when their turn came

Now we all can see why Brexit was ignored and basically spit on. The UK was already locked in on the EU lethal injection plan and they could not back out even if they wanted to. Funny hoiw all world leaders seem to appear drunk so often when you see images of them online like that Boris guy looks like he's been drinking for a month without a break if you look at his hair it's classic binge drinker style as in just rolled out of bed.
