INAL, but I believe the defense is requesting a mistrial along with all charges to be dismissed with prejudice so they don't get a do-over.

Agreed. Wouldn't a mistrial mean they have to redo it? If he's doing well a not guilty then this shit is over and done with.

Not sure if there is a civil case against him by the kikes though.
