Since he was already going to die from COVID-19, why not let him try Ivermectin? We have clinical data on it - it sometimes works. Sometimes is better than 'you're definitely going to die.'
Now the hospital has a lawsuit. The whole reason they rejected is because stupid fucking lawyers tell them "you can't let them use it for off label use because if it doesn't work or it causes side effects, they can sue!!!!" Well, now, guess what fuck-faces? Now you're going to get sued.
You honestly think they give a shit about being sued? This is what we fall back on when we’ve completely given up on the idea of actually fixing anything. Look at the comments in this very thread. The idea that these people should be held accountable to the law is not even on the table anymore, now we just talk about suing them.
Absolutely everything got worse since 2016. Everything. Once they realized there was a cupcake in the White House they push the envelope farther and faster than ever before and became more and more bold as they got away with more and more without any repercussions whatsoever. The republic is dead. Frankly, it’s not even worth saving anymore.
Save it for what purpose? Assholes will just give it away again.
The republic is dead.
It's been dead since the 1860's. We're just going through the motions now.
You honestly think they give a shit about being sued?
Yes, that's literally the reason. There is no other reason at all and any reasons people think of are overtly wrong. This is why there is such a disparate application of off-label use between hospital networks and doctors - the lawyers approving or denying based on litigation risks.
There's no tinfoil hat conspiracy about compliance or to cull the population. That's super super super super fucking retarded. If you don't believe me, call ANY hospital that has approved or denied off-label use of Ivermectin and ask how it was approved or denied (the process) - 100% of the time, it's a decision handed down from the legal department. No some hidden cabal culling the population.

Wrong it’s about showing you that you’re a peasant and will submit.
The Right to Try Act, or the Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn, and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act, was signed into law May 30, 2018. This law is another way for patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases or conditions who have tried all approved treatment options and who are unable to participate in a clinical trial to access certain unapproved treatments.

Wrong. It's about lawsuits and litigation for off-label use. Lawyers are telling hospital networks to not use drugs for off-label use unless approved by the FDA (which would make it no longer off-label). This is why some hospitals and doctors are flexible and others are not - lawyers.
