Not the same thing. A lawsuit is civil. Contempt charges are criminal. Losing a criminal case means a prison sentence. Loosing a civil case means a fine.

Yes, that's literally the reason. There is no other reason at all and any reasons people think of are overtly wrong. This is why there is such a disparate application of off-label use between hospital networks and doctors - the lawyers approving or denying based on litigation risks.

There's no tinfoil hat conspiracy about compliance or to cull the population. That's super super super super fucking retarded. If you don't believe me, call ANY hospital that has approved or denied off-label use of Ivermectin and ask how it was approved or denied (the process) - 100% of the time, it's a decision handed down from the legal department. No some hidden cabal culling the population.

Wrong. It's about lawsuits and litigation for off-label use. Lawyers are telling hospital networks to not use drugs for off-label use unless approved by the FDA (which would make it no longer off-label). This is why some hospitals and doctors are flexible and others are not - lawyers.
