The digital ID and currency will prevent this reselling if 'purebloods' are unable to get bank accounts etc (I know that term is gimpy but I'm not calling myself unvaxxed the same way as I wont call myself uncircumcised, cis-Male, etc, as they are perversions from the default) So either a counter currency for trading with the digital must develop or those with the ability to buy will have to give stuff away like charity. I suspect changes in demographics and economics will severely hinder the latter.
