The IQs are so low in africa, that hundreds of different science papers tried to see if this is true, or some mistake, and all papers confirm those national averages. Typically they eliminate truly brain dead, because they include kids found at schools , test taken at schools, of age 14, 15, or 16. Testing only the very best college students, the highest IQ, and in the most race mixed nations like south Africa show the most horrifying revelation... that highest IQ race (Bantu) living in most race mixed (South Africa) attending best universities in South Africa... are RETARDED.
