A pretty solid argument can be made that the human race peaked in intelligence a couple of centuries ago. Certainly the increased rate of survival for inferior humans, mentally and physically, thanks to modern medicine and the nanny state, must mean a decline in overall IQ. Natural selection is not selecting in the same way as before. It is easier for low IQ humans to survive and easier for them to breed and pass their genetics on. At the same time, high IQ humans are choosing not to breed, or only to have one child, which reduces the impact of their genetics on future generations.
An important point to bear in mind -- our modern technological civilization, which was created by white Christians of generally high IQ, has a threshold for overall population intelligence. That is to say, if the average intelligence of the entire population of Western society falls below a certain threshold, Western civilization will collapse. Does anyone doubt this? It is obvious. Notice in particular, individual geniuses are not a factor in this collapse -- we are talking about the average intelligence across all ethnic and racial groups.
There is no doubt that our average intelligence has declined. The big questions are, What is the threshold of collapse? and How long do we have as a civilization before we reach it?

I don't have a lot of time to discuss your statements, other than to let you know that US national IQ INCREASED from various effects related to proper nutrition, and later mandated vitamins in foods, and iodine (critical for IQ), to counteract your possibly correct theory as to past peak IQ.
The collapse will occur faster as Whites are replaced and die or leave job market from aging.
On the other hand the reason it is thought a national IQ average of 90 is still able to function, is because society does not REQUIRE a lot of people above the IQ of 124, for maintaining society, but is obviously benefited by them. A bigger problem is crime, kleptocracy, and other corruptions.

The IQs are so low in africa, that hundreds of different science papers tried to see if this is true, or some mistake, and all papers confirm those national averages.
