Florida has a "homestead exemption" set-aside for convictions, fraud, bankruptcy, etc. You can NEVER be forced to give your last home to the Florida government.
So people being RICO attacked or other assaults on their "criminal empire" need to tuck some large asset away, and its usually one florida mansion, and they need to live in it at least 6 months and one day or more per year.
Al Capone had a florida mansion, the Feds wanted but could not steal.
This is a large homestead, it will be bought by someone wanting to preserve wealth across inflation and other government tyrannies. My only complaint is that it needs guard towers, more protection from waterborne invaders, more soil atop before too late to "add berm" (for more trees and wind protection), full side hurricane drop shutters, weeks of diesel power generator, larger water tanks, groundwater collection to grandfather in before regulated and illegal.
Pros: it already has a spot for a heliport.
Interesting info.
