From the FDA news release:

Overall, approximately 12,000 recipients have been followed for at least 6 months.

That really breeds confidence.

I like how the FDA can now approve a "vaccine" when 3rd stage clinical trials are still ongoing and aren't scheduled to end until 2023.

Lol, there is no control group. They all got vaxed (but I assume you knew that already).
