That looks like heavy drinkers skin to me. It appears fatty but it's actually swollen from years of being dehydrated from heavy alcohol use. The way to really tell is if she can tan or not, if not it's really drinkers skin since it seems that white drinkers have problems with melatonin passing into the surface skin to cause the tanning effect or it's metabolized off from daily alcohol evaporation through the skin. This is where the stinky drunk effect comes in where you can almost tell what they drank the night before from the odor of alcohol and funky sweat combined. It's a vomit city smell for ex drinkers like me that went through that shit for a decade before my brain, after stopping for 6 months made the taste of beer repulsive and the smell was even nauseating, when both were like the best taste and smell in the world for me before.
