I just got back from a week in Spain and the businesses and restaurants are hard-core enforcing whichever stupid rules are currently in place, I don't think that it's because the people are afraid of the meme virus (the beaches were packed with Spaniards) but have a feeling that the fines if they are caught with any non-masked customer in their place the fines would be horrendous.
Was sitting in a garden a few days ago having a meal and walked into the restaurant to take a leak... "Amigo, AMIGO!!!"... who me?!?... "jo hab to put on de mask!!"
Still better than June when you had to wear a face diaper just to step out your front door.
