You mean to say if I drove into san Francisco from the I5 highway I am not going to be able to walk into a store? Who will stop me? Who will be standing at all the doors? Will cops have road blocks and arrest you for driving without a vaccine passport?
The stores will, even the ones opposed to it. Why? Because the city will send agents to check whether stores are enforcing it and close them down if they don't. That's right: leftists can deputize private citizens who don't want to be deputies and punish the ones who refuses to carry out their newly assigned law enforcement duties.

I just got back from a week in Spain and the businesses and restaurants are hard-core enforcing whichever stupid rules are currently in place, I don't think that it's because the people are afraid of the meme virus (the beaches were packed with Spaniards) but have a feeling that the fines if they are caught with any non-masked customer in their place the fines would be horrendous.
Was sitting in a garden a few days ago having a meal and walked into the restaurant to take a leak... "Amigo, AMIGO!!!"... who me?!?... "jo hab to put on de mask!!"
Still better than June when you had to wear a face diaper just to step out your front door.
