When you're a hammer, everyone looks like a nail. If pathology is the only source of income for the doctors, they will create more malaises to "treat" them as their income stream. Capitalism is good until the income source stagnates. Then it starts to eat itself. The rise of the acceptance of trans comes from that. One trans person provides endless income until they expire all the while anyone associated with trans suffer by association.
