You're probably right. Either they folded on purpose (setup as you claimed), or they hired some shitty lawyers and drew an even shittier progressive commie judge.
That is the bad thing because this is exactly what is now established. Can it be applied across the board though? Liked in a drunk driving accident? Car manufacturer and alcohol producer liable. But what about everything getting involved? The distributor? The retailer? I mean they all profited from the evil an be are complicit as well, right? So personal responsibility is no longer a thing?
