Meh. Too many employers are fixated on worker presence instead of worker purpose. Give your workers tasks to be fulfilled before a specific time. If those tasks are fulfilled satisfactorily, let them have their free time elsewhere. Too often, too few are given specific tasks and lazily spend their shifts socialising while taking credit for the labour of others. Efficiency needs to be rewarded and for many businesses, the downtown office is no longer an efficient model.
