In france it's kind of like in the US, the number of NPCs far outnumber the number of "autists/conspiratards". Because of course when you don't get along with the official program/narrative, it's only because you're dumb, and stupid, and uneducated, and for those reasons you should be forced to do as you're told, because you obviously aren't capable to take the right decisions for yourself. 150,000 in a protest is massive. It's more than their entire police and military force combined. And, it's in one central location.
