Can't eat your cake and have it, too. Gotta pick one. Take action to improve responsibility or take responsibility for lack of action. Would make for an interesting court battle to determine which is illegal.
The courts don't care about logic, just applying the laws as they are. If the law says you have to sell to niggers AND you have to do something to make sure your products don't get into the hands of niggers, that's your problem, not the government's.
