No, not unless you're sucking on the tap itself. This is why toilets are porcelain or stainless - they don't have pores for gunk to live in and spread. Toilets are cleaner than the average kitchen sink, at least with regards to things that can make one sick.

The park trailhead bathrooms that are basically a glorified, disgusting portopotty are still closed due to covid in at least 3 places I've been too.
sounds like they are simply stocked and/or operated by different people entirely
