Ironic. A college banning language and words. So, what is this this place they call "Penn State?" Certainly not a place of ideas and learning. Sounds more like a communist, or fascist dictatorship.

Man = a class of species, ie everything human male or female

Woman = breasts (W) and Vagina (O) man / human

Man can be used for both, woman is the only gender specific term.
