They can seize your land to give to a mining company, even though the constitution grants them no such power, but somehow they can't secure the border, which is explicitly their responsibility.
Hell they'll bulldoze your property and give you $5 just so they can build a highway or a super target. It's important to stress how little regard they have for us non-treasonous proles.
The current fake administration is guilty of massive war crimes and treason.
This is one of the many obvious reasons that you don't give citizenship or legal residency to people who broke your laws to immigrate here.
If your government doesn't care about the law, why would immigrants? Rather than residency, this dude should have been jailed in a labor camp to pay back American tax payers for funding his imprisonment, then thrown back to Mexico. The folks who hired him as an illegal immigrant should have been fined enough to lose money on hiring illegals. Would solve this problem pretty quickly.
What's stopping anyone from repeatedly suing the shit out of this asshole in small claims court or even superior Court for damages. I think it'd be a fun exercise and a great attempt to set some precedent for land owners.
