I've been repeating this over and over until hopefully people start listening- COURTS/JUDGES NEED TO START BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS SHIT. How the fuck can they expect anyone in the country to obey the rule of law when a CONVICTED MURDERER SERVING A LIFE SENTENCE is released in order to protect PRISONERS from each other?!
Until judges are afraid of consequences for this shit, they'll keep doing it. It doesn't matter how absurd- oh, he shot 2 people and killed 2 more? Serving 3 life sentences? Well, he beat up Tyrone #3693429 in the showers the other day, so we can't keep him in this prison- send him back out into society.
