CZ and the Czechs are mostly Celtic and Germanic with a fair bit of Slav mixed in. Nice place to live actually.

How about the language? If you live there, I assume you'll have some bureaucracy to take care of, which usually requires you being able to speak the language.

Language is very tough, in fact I generally have the Mrs. help out with anything important but for day to day stuff I get by just fine.
