I really want to know how this started. What exactly led up to this?
Not sure. Was posted in a thread on 4chan a couple years back. From what I recall, it was in Florida, and the prevailing theory was that the driver and the Lot Lizard had a payment dispute or something and the driver left and the Lizard climbed up on the truck. I have always been curious how it ended as well, it would probably not go well for the Lizard to go off of that hood...
My guess was a payment dispute, where the trucker used the "services" of the fag and tried to leave without paying him, so the fag jumped onto the truck?
Or the driver was propositioned by the fag, got mad and said some mean shit, which set off the "chimp out" switch in the fag. "You ain't leavin' here till I'm thru wit' u, nigga! I'ma get on yo' muddafuckin' truck! OHHHHH SHEEEEEEIIIIIT HE BE DRIVIN' CALL DA POLICE!!"
The fact that the driver is obviously trying to shake the nigger off indicates that he is not concerned with the fate of the nigger- if he fell off the truck on that freeway at that speed, he's going to end up maimed or dead. Would the trucker be willing to do that over not paying a hundred bucks for a blowjob or whatever? Maybe, truckers can be wild, lots of meth use... and if you're associated with crossdressing prostitutes, well, meth seems to fuel those circles.
So why wouldn't the trucker just stop, get out and remove the nigger? Probably because he already tried, and as soon as he got back into the truck, BAM there's the nigger freak right on the windshield. Driver almost seems AFRAID to engage with the nigger, and would rather use he vehicle as a weapon and a barrier against this insane nigger.
I guess all we can do is speculate if there is no report to go off of. This kind of wild shit goes on all the time, often off camera, and never gets reported.

You don't have to be a "wild" meth head to not care about the safety of a degenerate currently attacking you, and even the smallest debts wouldn't help matters.
I doubt it. That's a day cab. First, where the hell would they do anything if they were to? That truck doesn't have a bunk. Second, those day cabs pulling doubles generally don't have time to stop for anything.
If it is FL then it's probably in a public record somewhere.
