You just stated why the private property argument does not apply here: every other business that would have elected to not have a mask mandate is being compelled into enforcing it. The businesses that would have required masks anyway are doing so with artificially less competition at taxpayer expense. Ergo, act like an arm of the government, get protested like an arm of the government. Fuck your mask mandates and fuck you if you enforce them.
