i've been vegan since '02, and have basic knowledge about food nutrition. veganism needs to be supplemented with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc., because there's not much vitamin d, vitamin b12, etc. in the plant, mineral, and fungi kingdoms. i don't know, for sure. but i doubt that insects are a source of vitamins, minerals, etc.
there's more than enough farmland and fresh water to grow food for every human. luxuries such as chocolate and coffee probably could be produced for every human. and i doubt there would be a shortage of vitamin and mineral supplements.
livestock farming consumes a lot more land and water than plant farming. a high % of the world's farmland grows food for livestock. if that land was used for growing food for humans, there would be way more than enough for every human. fresh water, too.
globalists want to confiscate private land. that's what u.n. agenda 21 and agenda 2030 are about. they don't want for humans to own land, and grow our own food.
