I actually had to read that through s few times to parse it but in the end no. It all boils down to individual choice, which is what the Constitution is based upon. You can choose to accept the check, you can accept to send the check back or you can choose to not accept the illegal and un-Constitutional mandates to close your business. There has not been instituted Martial Law as far as I can tell and without it the Constitution is still the ultimate Law of the land.

People have the right (under our system) to decide if staying at home or going to work is what they decide is the best course for them. They may make a bad decision (or not) but it is theirs to make. Full Stop.

I'm talking about the law makers (specific people) that create these scenarios, not the citizens themselves. A bunch of laws have been made against the constitution which or aids enemies of the United States as a sovereign country.

From: 18 U.S. Code § 2381.Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Creating a system which indents the nation to a foreign entity (such as another country or the world bank) is against the US interests. The citizens can take the payout sure, but the people making such laws are eroding the US as a solvent country.

What laws on the books can stop such erosion of sovereignty?
