I do generally avoid soy, it’s not an easy thing to do, I don’t do it for the reason you probably think though. One of my kids has a mild soy allergy so she gets hives when she eats it, so I try not to have it in the food in the house.
I started to go crazy when shopping and reading labels as it is in literally everything.
I know this was super frustrating for months eventually you kind of start to figure it out.
Yup, I've also learned that baking a cake from scratch is better for me in terms of losing weight when compared to box cake mixes and bakery cakes. So I look for more reasons to bake cakes and donuts...
