Eh they are being more humane than can be expected for commies. Getting stupid people to stay quarantined rather than shooting them is kinda nice.

I know it's in China. If you're sick and dying, you usually don't need to be locked up. That's all I'm saying.
I've heard rumor of sick people licking elevator buttons and spitting on people. Maybe like some protest infections it modifies the behavior of its host. Even the cold does that by making you cough and ooze snot everywhere. This one might be more advanced.
