"from its very begining"

Since when? Nazi germany?

https://www.quora.com/What-was-Nazi-Germanys-stance-on-pornography

Magnus Hirschfeld operated the Institute of Sex Science in the 1920s in Germany. It did research on human sexuality, counseled family planning, fought for gay legalization, and had the largest collection of pornography in the world.

The Institute was an early target of the Nazis. Hirschfeld got a fractured skull in one attack. That famous newsreel footage of the Nazis burning books was the destruction of its library in 1933.

And guess what https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnus_Hirschfeld#Early_life

You guessed it

It's funny because at school they never told us it was porn books nazis were burning, we all thought it was because they didn't like books because they were stupid... The most technologically advanced army at the time... Built by stupid people... Of course with the brainwash it completely made sense back then

I remember back in the days when I asked my teacher what were the books about and got a "jewish literature" as an answer. lol

Excellent writeup on the subject
