Next stop suicide.

It is a good question, "How can they do this to people"? This person has a mental illness and instead of doctors addressing that and actually helping them, they lead him down the road of further insanity which often leads to suicide. It should be criminal.

I know a trans woman and she didn't have her dick chopped off because she did actual research and spoke to other people that had it done and decided she'd be happy just living as a woman. Her initial answer when I asked if she'd ever considered it was "hell no, I don't want to live with an open wound", and then she told me how it would be if she did.

I talked about the suicide rate with her once and she said that, from talking to people that had it done, that doctors are generally really honest about what the result will be, but that these people think they'll be different somehow and everything will be perfect, and that this will "fix" them and their lives will be perfect, so when they get home and reality hits and everything is like they were told it would be the regret hits them like a truck.

And for anyone who gets their panties in a twist about me using female pronouns, I've known her since high school and known her as a woman for almost twenty five years, she passes completely, is saner than me, and she's a friend, I'll call her what I want.

...However should that be codified into law I won't respond well. Freedom of speech doesn't mean your average person is an asshole all the times. Some are. It's not really just "cutting a hole". It's more of removing the testes and head of the penis, cutting the penis into 4 long strands, and then inverting the whole thing up inside the body. It's stitched together and then to prevent the now mutilated flesh from closing the gaping wound in the body it is forcefully "dilated" with medical grade dildos. Forever. There is no natural mechanism for cleaning it because it's not a real fucking vagina and because it is made from the external parts of a penis, hair grows inside of the wound/cavity. Whats more, is that I've only gone into light detail. Every adult should see the surgery.

Because they've stopped being doctors. You walk in and say to them "I want X" and they are practically forced to do it because of the way healthcare is now. If they say no, the idiots/suckers/mentally ill just go elsewhere until they get told "I'll do it."
