Seems like a wanted profitable candy idea, but I'd wonder if laundry pod eaters could sue a legitimate candy that looked like a pod under a theory that stupid people would eat laundry pods thinking it was a candy. In defense the candy-maker could say that stupid people ate the pods anyway prior to there ever being a candy so no liability and no influence.
