Buffalo Wild Wings mocked the class-action lawsuit accusing the restaurant chain of passing off chicken nuggets as boneless wings after a judge dismissed the case.

“It’s true. Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken. Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo,” Buffalo Wild Wings tweeted.

It was a one-off idiotic lawsuit report that I put in s/insanity because it was just so God damn stupid. Low I.Q. people are always going to try to game the system, this guy fucked around and found out.

I hope that he had to pay the legal fees of the restaurant, that's how they cut down on lawsuits here in CZ, if you lose you pay for the other guy's legal fees. Just desserts.

I don't think he does. The judge tossed the suit on a technicality and the douche bag... um... plaintiff has until the end of the month to refile it.
