In other words, the issue is not that educated Norwegians are increasingly outnumbered by lower-IQ immigrants or the children of less-educated citizens. Looks like people aren't born intelligent and schools are lowering standards.
Carrying computers doesn't make people less intelligent, just having less knowledge remembered. Actual problem solving skills are still needed.

I'd say it takes problem solving to read and map and plot a course for instance. How many people even own paper road maps anymore?
