Lady cops. A hazard to the public, their partners and themselves. Physically inept. Emotionally inept. Driven by emotion over logic.

When they're not inappropriately shooting people, including their own co-workers, their ability to put any man in custody is completely dependent on the suspect's willingness to comply.

Straight up murder. People are in prison for doing what she did. Once he retreated, legally, the threat to life is terminated. Not clear there ever was a threat to life. They chased and then executed him. She's a murderer according to established law.
