I guess non of the scientist know the fact that if you stand under a tree with green leaves the temperature is much cooler since the light as it passes throught the leaves is neutralized of it's red heating element like a camera filter so it lowers the temperature while the tree does it's natural photosynthasis.
So plant huge amounts of trees and that will eventually solve the problem.
Then they say that there is not enough water. Well in California and other desert area's that may be true but for other temperate area's it is a non factor so fuck them and tell them to figure that out themselves since they decided to live in a desert area that was artificially changed by men using a lot of electricity where as the rest of the country has water to spare and often far to much to handle. As for the burning of oil that is far less a problem than a single volcanic explosion. As for the methane buildup design powerplants that can burn the methane that is released from dumps. A lot of dumps are covered and pipes release the methane building up into tanks aka natural gas and it could be burned instead of oil with water as it's exhaust product, pure clean water not smoke not CO2.
