Two legit questions
1) How can someone who has been declared unfit to stand trial due to mental incapacity be fit enough to give blanket, pre-emptive pardons for crimes not even known?
2) By the precedent just set by FJB and his merry band of hypocritical traitors, why can't DJT give himself and all admin the same type of pardons extending through the year 3000 and then go on to ACTUALLY be a dictator and rule with an iron fist?
