Interesting enough if you home school your kids the state will give you the money that would normally go to the school for your kids. Just take it to court I have a friend who does this then uses that money to hire a tutor

Some states stipulate what curricula you can and cannot spend that money on. All of mine is not approved.

MN does for sure. Also one can challenge anything like this in any court. Could be very worth it and you'd be a hero
