Well, seeing as how Nazi Germany is blamed for the Holocaust when they were the ones who first originated the Haavara agreement to move Jews to Palestine, it should be no surprise that EVERYONE except Jews is to blame for the Holocaust and for the Jews troubles settling in Palestine.
