I believe there was some degree of collaboration between zionists and nazis If memory serves, it's theodore hertzl (not 100% sure) who stated basically that, a newly created state for jews (in israel), wouldn't have a chance of success if the old and sick, the weak, were among the first generation of settlers, that they would become for, obvious reasons, a burden for the strong/young
