30 second mark, looks like they did. It seems to be black powder. Guessing around 30 grains of 3F at .44 cal. (Full size frame, maybe 1858 version, 6 or so feet of burning powder in front of the pistol, kick, normal.) In that neighborhood, that's about a normal powder load. Cleaning it would be a real pain, have to be thorough.
