Negative, going for inexpensive. I clean toilets. So cost per shot is a larger concern for me. Plus, having lived on the west coast for 30 years (and a lesser degree for where I am now too), it's easier to explain to a jury using a 9mm over what they consider a "scary black rifle". My bubba gun isn't scary. Tacky maybe, but not scary.

I get that. I'm fortunate enough to be able to reload it for cheap, I can load 190 grain subs for about 40 cents a round.

Wish I could get into that, I really do. My area now has a LOT of outdoor ranges for cheap, so it would be viable. Would LOVE to try those 90 grain solid copper rounds. Their speed out of a 4 inch is SCREAMING fast, would love to try them out of a carbine. But the pre-loaded rounds are way too expensive.
