it was widely reported there were problems with these guns not long after they came out. But the military, LE, etc already had big contracts, and instead of doing the expensive thing, and cancelling the orders, moving on to proven designs, etc they rolled the dice as Sig tried to fix/cover-up the problem(s) its why i went with something else
