That was in Brazil, they had been robbing stores, motorcyclist and a gunman, and this one was full of cops waiting for them. Four or five cops turned and aired the guy out right after he stepped inside the door.
Brazil has undercover cops with handguns, who shoot criminals on sight. They don't bother with arrests anymore. Crime is that bad.
