Glocks are close to 100% reliable. I've owned several and have had zero issues over 25+ years. I've had and shot almost all of Glock's calibers but really prefer .45ACP. If you are going to conceal carry, I recommend you look at the Glock 36 or 30SF. My EDC has been a G36 for many years.
If you want an excellent nightstand personal protection pistol and range ammo eater, the a Glock 21SF would be a great choice.
I've owned several 1911's and think highly of them but when it comes to "trust and confidence", Glock is my choice.
Interesting... I've heard disparaging things about Glocks before, but I know they've got to be reliable considering their widespread use.
I'll have a look. Thanks!
