I hope they didn't forget lots of ammo for training and some to have on hand for future contingentcies. Then there's maintenance tools and supplies. Extra magazines are a must. Get more magazines than you think you will ever need. You need them for training but in a tactical situation one must look at magazines as being expendable. Have a dump pouch for empty magazines but sometimes trying to save a spent magazine will get you killed. Always have some loaded magazines on hand in some sort of a carrier. You may want to take some shooting classes. In spite of what you might think, you will learn something you didn't know. Another thing one might consider is shooting in some local matches. Shooting in matches is a way to shoot while under pressure. It won't be the same pressure as shooting on a two way shooting range but it will be more pressure that shooting cans down at the river.
