Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a disturbing amicus brief filed by a multitude of State Attorneys General, advocating for the Constitutionality of California's magazine ban in the matter of Duncan v. Bonta, now before the 9th Circuit. While the disingenuous arguments themselves are troubling enough, we have to pay careful attention to the States whose top lawyer has signed off on this amicus brief because many of these states DO NOT have magazine bans....yet. So you better learn what all of this means so that you can arm yourself with education.

Edit: List of states: - New Jersey - Arizona - Massachusetts - Colorado - Maryland - Michigan - Minnesota - Connecticut - Deleware - District of Columbia - Hawaii - Illinois - Maine - New York - Oregon - Pennsylvania - Washington - Wisconsin - Rhode Island - Vermont
