Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a disturbing amicus brief filed by a multitude of State Attorneys General, advocating for the Constitutionality of California's magazine ban in the matter of Duncan v. Bonta, now before the 9th Circuit. While the disingenuous arguments themselves are troubling enough, we have to pay careful attention to the States whose top lawyer has signed off on this amicus brief because many of these states DO NOT have magazine bans....yet. So you better learn what all of this means so that you can arm yourself with education. Arizona isn't Yankee though. They're usually always in the top of the list of pro gun states.
Another thing is, there are a few good "Yankee" states that are on top of the list for pro gun states. New Hampshire and Maine come to mind. The "south" is gay and full of nogs.

Yeah neither is Oregon but I figured most users were intelligent enough to understand what I meant without distinction. Thank you for the 3rd grade geography lesson though, I'm sure there were many lost that are now found because of your supreme insight.
