I'm debating buying a 12 gauge CZ Hammer Coach for a fun range gun. It'd be my first SxS shotgun, and I dont expect it to be useful for anything but giggles at the range. No fowl hunting, no competitive clay shooting, just "Say hello to my boomstick" and putting holes in paper for funsies. I definitely want a double trigger because of cool over practicality, and a 20" barrel for the same reason.
I've heard the workmanship is superior to Stoeger, and the longevity significantly better. Unlike most people that buy guns as safe queens, I put quite a few rounds through anything I buy so longevity is important. Double the price, so I hope it's worth it.
Has anyone shot or owned one? Are there any other newly manufactured SxS shotguns I should be considering? And before someone comes in here shouting about Holland & Holland, go stick a crumpet up your fanny, I'm in the market for a meme gun not the Earl of Shropshire.
