Blowing your face off takes you and 2 men that will carry you back to base out of the fight. All that being said, not a single bullpup system has been roughly field tested as AK and AR to be considered reliable.

- If you think you need a shorter rifle for something, get a pistol for that. You are a lot easier to disarm in CQB if you're using a rifle. If you are really thinking about being ready for CQB, get grenades.

Arent you in the UK? Correct me if Im wrong but can you even own a firearm at home if you are?
I never disclosed where I am and never will. You can own firearms at home in every European country as long as you have a license and appropriate safe for it. Which kind of firearms you can own depends from country to country as each have different laws. Pistols are restricted in most, though, but you can get them and conceal carry them if you prove that your life is in danger for whatever reason.
I'm also ex-military and have served in special forces, I have experience with many types of weapons, a lot of which are not even available to public in America.
